Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not designed or PDF delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, designed PDF may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for PDF delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Policy - the basics
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a PDF Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been designed containing your PDF Proof. The review of proof and accepted of proof will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
My compay is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after PDF proof and acceptance of proofs are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Corruption of PDF sent by email is not liable for any proof file corruption damaged or lost during email shipment. If you received your PDF order file corrupt or damaged, please contact us at support@dremgirlworld.com to file a claim.
