REALis Talk Magazine has a free version of the application which can be used to test the functionality and assess the value of our product before you decide on making a purchase.
REALis Talk Magazine advertising promo and subscriptions are set to renew automatically at the end of the billing cycle (yearly or monthly), which means you will be charged the day the subscription expires unless you choose to cancel the renewal. You can cancel your subscription at any time.
Refund Policy - the basics
Whether you make a purchase with Paypal or a Credit/Debit card, we will notify you of the recurrent payment process and the length of the billing cycle.
Due to the nature of our product, we generally maintain a no-refund policy. Unlike physical goods, electronically distributed software can be easily duplicated, and once a purchase has been made, it is not possible to fully retract it. However, in certain cases, refunds may be offered solely at REALis Talk Magazine discretion, and any refund request will be carefully reviewed per our Terms of Service.
For instance, if your subscription has recently been renewed and you have not used any of REALis Talk Magazines's features since the transaction, you may request a refund.
