I’m a Return and Refund policy. I’m a great place to let your customers know what to do in case they are dissatisfied with their purchase. Having a straightforward refund or exchange policy is a great way to build trust and reassure your customers that they can buy with confidence. All returns must be approved prior to returning.

To start the return process please email www.pogetmag.com for approval and details. We reserve the right to deny a refund to the sender without prior return approval. Only clean, unworn items will be accepted for returns within 30 days of the date item was delivered to you.Returned items must be in their original condition, and all tags must be originally attached.

Once your return is processed you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, original method of payment. Please allow for a period of up to 14 days for us to process the refund.We reserve the right to initiate a restocking fee if the number of returned items becomes excessive.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $50, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Once an item leaves the facility, we are no longer responsible for the order. Please ensure you have the correct address on your order as we are not responsible for mis-delivered orders. We are not responsible for orders lost in transit.
